\nApr\u00e8s une int\u00e9gration ant\u00e9rieure de Troostwijk dans Tinsa en 2019, il s’agit pour Troostwijk d’une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ses activit\u00e9s d’\u00e9valuation et de conseil.<\/p>\n

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, dC&P s’est concentr\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 institutionnel tandis que Troostwijk \u00e9tait plus actif sur les march\u00e9s de l’industrie, des assurances et de la finance.
\n\u00ab\u00a0de Crombrugghe & Partners\u00a0\u00bb continue d’exister en tant qu’entit\u00e9 distincte et tous les collaborateurs restent \u00e0 bord pour poursuivre ensemble leurs activit\u00e9s.
\nLes \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9chelle apportent bien entendu des avantages mais ce n\u2019est pas le vrai motif. La vrai raison de l’acquisition r\u00e9side dans le fait que Troostwijk et dC&P sont totalement compl\u00e9mentaires et peuvent donc parfaitement se renforcer mutuellement, permettant d’offrir un large \u00e9ventail de services \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le commune.
\nLe manager actuel, Guibert de Crombrugghe, continuera \u00e0 remplir son r\u00f4le comme pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.
\nAvec l\u2019int\u00e9gration de dC&P dans Troostwijk, le groupe comptera 50 employ\u00e9s permanents et 12 employ\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendants. Le chiffre d\u2019affaires consolid\u00e9 pour 2021 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 9 470 000 \u20ac, faisant de Troostwijk le leader incontest\u00e9 du march\u00e9 en Belgique.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Troostwijk est le perp\u00e9tuel inconnu du march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Luk Van Meenen, PDG de Troostwijk, \u00ab\u00a0personne ne peut nous situer exactement. C’est peut-\u00eatre contraire \u00e0 toute logique de marketing, mais cela ne nous a pas emp\u00each\u00e9s de devenir ce que nous sommes aujourd’hui.
\nL’acquisition de \u201cde Crombrugghe & Partners\u201d n’est pas la seule r\u00e9alisation r\u00e9cente de Troostwijk. En 2021, Troostwijk a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9partement distinct pour les dossiers internationaux, au service des clients du monde entier, cr\u00e9ation qui a connu un succ\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat. En outre, un d\u00e9partement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour les dossiers EBA dans le cadre de la r\u00e9cente directive europ\u00e9enne et, enfin, Troostwijk a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un outil AVM pour les \u00e9valuations automatiques des biens r\u00e9sidentiels en collaboration avec les partenaires de Tinsa.
\nTroostwijk pose ainsi les bases de sa croissance future.
\nPour dC&P, c’est l’occasion de poursuivre sa croissance gr\u00e2ce aux synergies d’un groupe plus important aux ambitions internationales, afin de profiter pleinement de la relance du march\u00e9 post-corona pour r\u00e9aliser de nouvelles ambitions.<\/p>\n
